Digital Gambling License Authority Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

The Digital Gambling License Authority ("DGLA") is the world's first and only fully decentralized Digital Gambling License Authority. Our mission is to promote a fair, safe, and transparent online gambling environment globally, offering global coverage for all online gambling platforms where online gambling is legally accessible and not restricted.

  2. Definitions

"Licensee" refers to any online gambling platform that has been granted a Digital Gambling License by the DGLA.

"License" refers to the Digital Gambling License granted by the DGLA.

"Website" refers to the DGLA website found at https://www.digitalgambling.org.

  3. Eligibility and License Application Process

Online gambling platforms seeking a Digital Gambling License must submit an application at https://www.digitalgambling.org/get-your-dgla-license. The application process involves entering the platform's URL, the platform's name, and an email address. Our system will automatically evaluate the platform's global rank and calculate the annual licensing fee in USDT (Tether). This fee must be paid using our secure crypto payment gateway.

Upon successful completion of the transaction, the applicant will receive a provisional license, which includes a unique Verified DGLA License URL for the platform and the DGLA logo to display on the website. An email confirmation will also be sent to the applicant for their records.

During the manual review of the license within one week of issuance, DGLA may contact you via email to request further requirements.

  4. License Fees and Payment

The licensing fee is determined based on the platform's global rank, with an annual fixed fee starting from 1000 USDT. There are no additional license fees unless there are changes in the platform's global rank, which may alter the licensing fee. The license must be renewed annually, and the renewal fee will be calculated in the same manner as the initial license fee.

License fees can be paid through our integrated crypto payment API.

  5. Rights and Obligations of Licensees

Licensees must uphold the standards and practices evaluated during the manual review of the license within one week of issuance. Licensees are required to renew their license annually and pay the necessary licensing fees to maintain an active license status.

  6. Intellectual Property Rights

The DGLA logo and content on the Website are the intellectual property of DGLA. Platforms are prohibited from using the DGLA logo without the written official permission of DGLA.

  7. Limitation of Liability

DGLA shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal activities, errors, or any other actions by licensees that may result in legal consequences. DGLA assumes no liability for the actions of its licensees.

  8. License Renewal

Licensees will be notified by email 30 days before their license expires. To renew the license, licensees must pay the calculated licensing fee based on their current global rank.

  9. Global Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions apply globally, as DGLA operates independently and is not tied to any government or organization.

  10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

DGLA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and it is the responsibility of the users and licensees to review the updated Terms & Conditions.

  11. Disagreements and Revocation of License

If licensees fail to comply with DGLA's Terms & Conditions, DGLA has the right to revoke their digital gambling license. DGLA cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising between the licensee and any government authority regarding the recognition or acceptance of the DGLA License.
